This is the initial module of any configuration of Leading Through People™, setting the stage for the specific curriculum to follow.

Important Option. The Leatherman Leadership Questionnaire, the world’s most comprehensive knowledge-based leadership competency assessment, can be completed by participants in order to establish a baseline of their knowledge of 27 different leadership and managerial competencies.
