“As Executive Vice President of Human Resources I had the privilege of collaborating with Hank Boyer, President, Boyer Management Group on multiple strategic planning and organizational development initiatives at US Unwired, the Sprint affiliate in Lake Charles, Louisiana and Albany, New York. These initiatives contributed to quite favorable growth in revenue, income and shareholder value. Specifically, Hank’s strategic planning leadership, short and long term business planning expertise and leadership development initiatives improved organizational competency and operational performance leading to Sprint’s $1.3 Billion acquisition in late 2005. Frankly, Hank’s contributions made us a better company and I wholeheartedly recommend the Boyer Management Group without hesitation.”

“I commissioned Hank to facilitate our 3-day strategic planning session. His pre-meeting work was focused, efficient and effective. During the session, Hank kept the team on focus, yet incorporated a bit of fun throughout the 3 days. Most important to me, at the end of the 3 days we had a clear path to proceed, with clear steps to be taken and process for tracking the progress. I will be using Hank again, likely for ongoing support as well as annual strategic planning. I highly recommend Hank for small business owners who are conducting their first strategic planning sessions!”
