Strategic Planning Made Simple℠ Expert Facilitation

Planning is the thinking that precedes the work. BMG assists its clients in developing effective strategic planning by assisting the CEO or sponsoring board/executive team member plan a successful strategic planning summit, facilitate the event that develops the strategic plan, and then assists in the ongoing execution of the strategic plan. We begin 75-90 days prior to the planning event to help the CEO craft his or her vision for the upcoming year and guide the pre-work activities of all planning event participants. Expert facilitation is provided by seasoned BMG senior executives for the three-day planning event. Post-event project management tools are provided, along with consultation to the team as needed.
